So a quick thrift store visit turned out to be a really rewarding one. I picked up this awesomely tubular looking Gameboy Color and a mystery game. I'm thinking due to circumstances, that game can only be one game....lets find out...
Pokemon Yellow!!! ZING! Flawless victory! Oh yeah I picked the Gameboy up for seven bucks while the game was two bucks. Not bad huh?

My girlfriend has the same game boy and with a pokemon carrying case! The sound doesn't work anymore though :(

I'm not sure, she's had it long before we started dating and she just remembers it stopped working. Could probably be fixed but I am terrible with that kind of work.
Yeah it's only a matter of playing around with it. It's always fun to thinker with these toys ^_^
