Finds 688: Dragon Ball Mangas , Katamari Damacy, and Others

Here are my pick ups from Saturday. The Dragon  Ball mangas are pretty awesome. it's the entire Dragon Ball series in five fat volumes. I also picked up Sonic Classic Collection for the NDS, a Godzilla Double Feature VHS, portable games, Katamari Damacy, and FIFA 09. Nothing crazy but better than nothing! Finally, Donkey Kong for the Intellivision!

Finds 630: Flea Market Pick Ups! Good Stuff

 Here is the loot from the flea market! I was able to pick up a lot of awesome items! There is so much to go through, check it out!

 I picked up this Gamecube because it had the Gameboy player. The disc is hard to come by but I know I'll find it eventually.

 Here are a bunch of loose games. Too many to mention! Also, a Spyro game for the PS1.

Finds 442: Pokemon Manga, Power Joy 001, and Smash Bros!

 I got some neat items! Another Power Joy 001! They seem to be the rarer ones so it's nice to have it! I have to try out the Power Joy console of course. I may have an AC adapter somewhere :p I also got some Pokemon Books and Smash Brothers!

The Pokemon mangas were three bucks for the set. I always like to pick these up since I'm a big fan of Pokemon although the series sucks ass....

 Here is the Power Joy! The 001 cart is only one of two known carts. The other one being 008. I wonder what happened to 002-007... They have to be somewhere!

And here is a classic of classics! Super Smash Bros for the N64! This game cost me three bucks! It's totally worth it!! :p

Finds 270: Lots of Mangas!

Another trip to another thrift store brought me to this big lot of mangas. I picked them up for .95 cents each so there wasn't much of an investment in these although there is quite a variety. I picked up mangas for series such as Ranma 1/2. Case Closed, A.I. Love You, Trigun, IS Masakazu Katsura, Mahoromatic, Kamikaze, Bobobo-bobo-bobo, DN Angel, Dear S, D. Gray Man, Vampire Game, and Aoi House. An awesome lot of mangas for any anime fan indeed. There were some I left behind like the Naruto ones and Zatch Bell...oh well sometimes you just can't have everything. Till next time!

Finds 216: Returned!

It's a pleasure to be back! What a better way to start things up again in this quest for retro gaming goodness than with a hunt! Hmmm found some interesting items, met new people, and even witnesses and angry customer/worker fight(Wish I had a camera to record it). So behold, finds of today!


Here is an Atari 2600 I believe, it looks in great shape but I still need an AC adapter to try it out. I may also need other stuff to make this baby work, but not sure since I'm not an Atari fanatic.

Here are some portable games. Yes, that's two Pokeymon blues (I'm a huge pokemon fan!) There is also a copy of Battletoads and Mega Man 2. Last but not least, there is a very interesting CD of NEXT Generation which was a magazine about PC games and console games back in the 90s(not sure if they are still around today). As it's stated on the label, the disc contains video clips of upcoming games for each of the consoles N64, PS1, and Sega Saturn. It will be interesting looking at them and maybe make copies and if any of these videos are not on youtube, well then I'll be more than glady upload them.

Last but not least, more gameboy games yay horray!! Also, a copy of Ghostbusters for the Genesis and Son of Chuck for the Genesis as well. There is also a jumper pack for the N64 and a Manga of Pokemon Volume 1! WUTT!!!
