Stella v3.4.1

"3.4 to 3.4.1: (June 11, 2011)

* Re-enabled 'grabmouse' commandline argument and associated

functionality with the following changes:

- it is changed in the "Input Settings' UI, not in 'Video Settings'

- it only has meaning while in emulation mode

- it is enabled by default

* Fixed bug with emulation of paddles using the mouse most evident in

Warlords; movement was being filtered out if the mouse was moved too

fast. There's still more work required in this area, however.

* Fixed bug with analog axes on gamepad devices, whereby jittering in

these axes would override input from digital axis, hat or keyboard

input.

* Fixed bug when switching to the debugger and back again would

sometimes cause an extra mouse motion event (which would cause the

emulation to think the mouse was moved and move the player

accordingly).

* Tweaked bankswitch autodetection code for 4A50 bankswitching; several

more test ROMs are automatically detected.

* The 'saverom' debugger command now saves ROMs in your home

directory by default if you don't specify a valid path. This fixes

a bug whereby ROMs were saved in strange locations and couldn't later

be found.

* Fixed bug in automatically executing the debugger 'autoexec.stella'

file; any commands it contained weren't actually being executed.

* Zero-byte ROMs are no longer loaded and mis-detected as Supercharger

images."

CrystalBoy v1.3

"* More accurate CPU emulation (according to the tests, all instructions now compute 100% exact… Only HALT and STOP may need reworking)
* Direct2D render method with SlimDX (March 2011)
* More accurate graphics emulation (dynamic color palette changes, correct sprite priority emulation)
* "Perfect" RTC emulation
* Bugfixes in Mapper emulation (generic mapper bugfixes and some MBCx specific ones)
* Enhanced various areas dealing with game information
* Added support for saving the RAM for games with battery (finally !)
* Saving the RAM also saves the RTC information for games using the RTC
* UI is now localizable
* Added fr-FR localization
* Better detection of invalid plugins, which should prevent crashes.
* Hardware Type can now be changed using UI (Menu items previously did nothing…)
* Various chanegs in emulation for hardware type switching. (Quite logically, changing hardware now requires the emulation to be reset)"

6.39 TN-A HEN Fixed

"Well it seems that Total_Noob has released 6.39 TN-A now that there is a public kernal exploit.
It seems to be a port of 6.20 TN-E (fix) but it does notes that there are some known bugs fixed.
It notes that this is not the return of Total_Noob, but only offers a choice to 6.39 users instead of using PRO/ME, and is mainly for TN fans out there. Anyway, you guys have been waiting for a TN release, now enjoy it.
This HEN supports as always PS1 Games, Plugins, Homebrews. ISOs are not supported, use them with aLoader 1.25."

"- added support for game categories & Dayviewer"

Ootake v2.58

"- The volume balance of the built-in sound, CD-DA sound and ADPCM sound has
been adjusted.
- The speed and timing were brought close to the movement of a real machine.
In the dance scene of "Takahashi Meijin no Shin Boukenjima", the problem
that the sound noise is recorded was solved. I think that the speed
approached a real machine in other games, too.
- Additionally, a detailed part has been improved and corrected.
+ The execution file for "Windows 98/Me" was opened to the public. The
operation test is not done. Please see "Readme98.txt" in the ZIP file
about details and notes, etc.

a5200DS v1.3

"a5200DS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
a5200DS is an Atari VCS 5200 console emulator.
To use this emulator, you must use compatibles rom with a52/bin format.
You also need the 5200.bin rom bios to use it. A quick search on atariage website
will help you about that ;-)
Do not ask me about such files, I don't have them. A search with Google will certainly
help you.

Features :
----------
Most things you should expect from an emulator.

Missing :
---------
All that is not yet emulated ;)
Need to improve speed
Hangs a lot of time if you do not choose the correct 16 bit cartridghe type
Seems centipede and missile command do not work ...

GSdx: No more blinking characters/objects when using EE/VU cycle speedhacks in God of War I :p (also maybe better fix for GoW2)
Added some NTSC-J CRCs found by users of 2ch.net. Thanx :)
r4727
SPU2-X: partial and probably incorrect (but good enough for the BIOS) support for reading back key on and key off registers, just returning the last written value.

We need testing to determine how these actually behave and want to do some game testing to find other partially implemented registers before that."
