I gotta say I should have done this years ago! This is a little hobby I had when I was around nine years old, well even before that where I would design my own Mario games with paper and colored pencils. How does it work? It's quite simple! The main idea is to create your levels of Mario with bad guys, power ups, etc. Second is to create a fake NES controller which would go in the bottom of your notebook where you would have the levels. Finally, you'll need a friend to be a sort of dungeon master and will follow which ever buttons you press on this fake controller. The rest is just your imagination ^_^' There were some rules that I totally forgot such as a three second rule for the bad guys which means they would be in a different spot each passing second and such. I'm sure there are others and of course don't forget about Mario! You'll have to make little Mario figures each with their own power up. Are you getting what I'm saying now? Anyways, I picked Bros 3 as the title because of a pirate cart I played a long time ago which had a game with the name of Bros 2 in it...I figure why not make a sequel and that's how Bros 3 was born! One last thing, I decided to use Merio which appeared in a pirate cart as well although I'm not sure what the pirate cart had in it to begin with. I should be able to release a page every week or two depending on how busy my life is but it should be fun nonetheless. Let the paper gaming begin!
