So I heard a lot of rumors that some of the first release line of NES games come with Famicom converters. The reason for this is because they had way too many Famicom boards so Nintendo was savvy enough to use them in the USA release of some of these games. Of course, only with a little tweaking and presto! You have a NES game! Anyways, these are the test subjects that I picked out from y recent finds so lets check each one out!
So here is the first test subject...lol not really a test bu whatever lets call it Super Mario Bros! It is that game anyways! The amazing classic title everyone should know about.
I never heard these having the converters inside but it was worth a try. Nothing in this one.
The second test subject is Gyromite. Over all the black box release games, this is the one I heard with the most odds of getting the converter. Lets find out if it's true....Nope! No converter here...oh well it was worth a try ^_^'
Finally, the final test subject is Pinball. I don't know much about this game but hopefully there is something wonderful inside....
Eureka! We have a converter! It's the first one I have ever discovered evah! It was actually really fun opening these carts as not only did I found out information about them but I also enjoyed the entire discovering converters experience. I will surely have the rest opened up this weekend and report to you guys! Thanks for reading ^_^
