So why did I picked this game? It's very simple! This is actually a hard to come by pirate and very awesome to have especially if you want the Japanese release. There are these and many more reasons so lets go through them.
The music is very good for NES standards. I know a lot of people compare this game to the Turbo-Grafx release but you gotta think of the perspective that one console can only do so much with their processor. I would say the music is very memorable and worth a tune or two in your Ipod library.
The graphics look alright. They are not something amazing but also nothing horrible. Once again, this game has been criticized because it was always compared to the Turbo-Grafx version. It's all good when you are playing through a game with such an amazing gameplay like Bonk's Adventure.
The gameplay is so replayable that you can keep beating this game and finding other ways to defeat the enemies other than causing an earthquake with your head. The game is very enjoyable and moderate. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with this one as it rivals such games as Super Mario Bros and Don Doko Don 2.
As mentioned above, the gameplay is worth a replay. I'm not saying play this game over and over in one running but come back to it when you want some great retro gaming platforming action. This game won't disappoint! It'll stay fresh in your mind.
Overall, this game is a total must have pirated or original. You are definitely going to get your money's worth and will have something to replay over and over. With such enjoyable tunes, gameplay, and decent graphics this game is a winner. Stop comparing it and start playing it, until next week.
