WTF does this Power Joy Cart do???

If anyone can tell me some info about this cartridge it'll be a lot of help because I can't figure out anything about it. For once, the cart board is in the middle instead of being to the back of the cart's case, that doesn't make any sense since it needs to be facing the back of the cart in order to be able to boot up. The only thing left to do is buy the security bit for an original gameboy cart and open and original gameboy cart, then switch boards and see if it'll boot up like that. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will!!
