Famicom Friday 009: Punch Out (FC)

Here is a nice game that I have enjoyed over the years. It's Mike Tyson's Punch Out for the Famicom. Of course, the NES version was the one I played at first but this one is pretty much the same game. The buffed up Leonardo is a bonus!

Retro-bit of the day 245: Disney's Tarzan (N64)

Here is a pretty interesting game. It's not that bad but it's a Disney game. Of course, Capcom wasn't in charge of these types of games this time around so the quality was totally lost. You know what I mean right? cough Ducktales cough....

Retro-bit of the day 244: Lee Trevino's Fighting Golf (NES)

I think the grand majority of you can agree that there were too many Golf games for the NES. Well, this is just another one of the bunch. Did they really thought we would be interested in them? I mean, during the NES era video games were still thought to be only for kids. Totally lame!

Finds 599: Thrift Store Zelda stuff and others!

Today was a Zelda kinda of day. I got that shirt to wear proudly in front of other nerds. I also got some interesting stuff at the local thrift store. There was the Xbox Kinect that needs some cables to plug into the 360 which I will find. My brother also brought into my attention a bag with Nintendo guides. There were two Zelda guides, two Final Fantasy guides, and one Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes guide. Good stuff! I love the guides. I also got some Master System controllers, a GBA, a Master System game called Outrun, and a Super Mario Galaxy Coin. They were all very unusual finds well except the GBA SP + because I find them everywhere. One more find entry for number 600!!! AWWW YEAHHH!!

I will be hunting down other RPGs out there.

Retro-bit of the day 243: Super Strike Eagle (SFC)

The only reason I got this game was because of the interesting box art. The game blows in my opinion but it only cost me .50 cents so I won't complain. Try it out at your own risk!

Retro-bit of the day 242: Ys Mark of the sun (SFC)

Here is another one of those Ys games. They are pretty fun if you are into tradition RPG action. This one is pretty good although I haven't been able to play it for long. Try it out if you are an RPG junkie though.

Finds 597: Xenoblade Chronicles!

Here is a find that had a long time coming. I had this game a while ago but was stolen from me. I set out on a long journey to get it back (Not really, I just went to Gamestop and purchased it lol!) With the help of coupons, I was able to have this beauty once more. Best of all, the Club Nintendo code was still good!

Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii)
