Another day of hunting although nothing like before...sadly those times seem to be behind us due to the competition around here. Nevertheless, there is still enough to showcase some neat finds. A huge portable pirate lot, a NES game lot, and even an Action Replay for the Gameboy. Check these out and lots of more items!!
So this lot (as well as the lot of NES games below) I was able to acquire it by surprise. I was walking around checking out the venders me and my friend already went through and saw a stack of games. I asked how much per game and the vendor said three dollars a piece which is not bad at all. I offered 20 dollars for the whole lot and he accepted. I picked them up mostly because they are classic titles and some others to put on lots for resale.

I think for 20 bucks, it wasn't that bad! There is even an Indiana Jones game in there!
In this photo is probably the find of the day. The Action Replay for the Game Boy is quite sought after! I was able to pick it up for three dollars after I counter offered the vendor's initial five dollar tag. He gladly accepted! The two N64 controllers were 7 bucks together. Not too shabby ^_^
Here are some PS1 disc only games that I was able to pick up. I actually remembered that I have the case of Ape Escape somewhere in my storage unit so with this disc, it's finally complete! Each of the PS1 games were .50 cents each. I picked up whatever I though looked interesting. The Wii and Gamecube game were a dollar each from a different vendor. I'm itching to try that TMNT game out!
Finally, this gigantic 40+ pirate lot I got from a vendor that's been there for years. He had them in a basket for .50 cents each so I asked how much for the entire lot. He asked 20 and I counter with 15, I was surprised how easily he accepted it. Guess he must have had these pirates for a long time. As you can see, I've been stacking them up as I test them. I still need to clean them with an eraser as some of them must have some real tough stains which aren't letting them boot. The grand majority does start up but I haven't finished testing all of them.
And that's it, there weren't that many crazy findings but good enough findings that I can gladly show them on here. Either way, whether small or big, I always show them on here! Furthermore, the pirate games are quite interesting. The GBA ones are actually 4 in 1 compilations. One of them came with three RPGs and Space Invaders....kinda of odd but kewl nonetheless. I'm definitely going to get rid of the doubles and try to sell the non working ones in a lot for some savvy retro gamer out there that might find use for them. Can't just throw everything away you know!! Until next time my friends! Keep the hobby alive!!
