Today was a very interesting day, after I dropped off my brother at the card shoppe I headed to the thrift store for some game hunting. The entire place was packed with people and the line was backed up all the way! It was literally in the last row! It didn't matter, I found what I wanted and waited in the long line. People sure were buying at this place since they had carts full of stuff. Some of their carts were so high that you would get the feeling all of their stuff would fall in the floor and well I would laugh. Anyways, am I ever glad I have a cell with unlimited texting because I started texting everyone (Yeah I love to bother you guys like that) And anxiously waited for a text back. I was happy enough that I got lots of replies back so woot! Thanks a lot hehehehe...anyways, I finally got to the end of the line and decided to ask to see the video games. Sadly enough, there wasn't much to get my hands on. This is what happens when your collection grows too much that there aren't any titles except duplicates you can keep adding on. I did picked up a Banjo game for the Nintendo 64. Well, I left with a blah face from that place errr there was something that happened while I was waiting in the line...this lady kept bumping her hands in my butt for some reason(pervert!) Until I had to umm turn around so she wouldn't be able to reach there anymore. She did kept looking at me and all but ummm that's nice but not interested! Har har har! Ah yes, speaking of leaving the thrift store, as I was walking to my car I saw a GBA game in the floor and I'm like hmmm what are the odds so I picked it up and flipped it over (Zelda treasure open sound) It was a Zelda four swords for the GBA! Great find in the wild for sure! Here is a pic of the loots!
So my journey was far from over, as I was heading home I saw a couple of garage sale signs but didn't paid much attention at them until like ten seconds later I don't know I got a feeling I should stop by them so I turned around. Anyways, one of them didn't have anything but the other one had some interesting games including a boxed copy of Shatterhand for the NES. I picked each up for .50 cents since the lady was about to close she just wanted to get rid of them, lucky me!
As usual, there really isn't anything to add for my collection but good stuff to keep my hobby alive, until next time!
