There were some very interesting useless pirates out there but this one is not one of them. You can have a laugh or two before this game becomes too repetitive and boring. Yes, I'm sure the bouncing bare asses will keep you ass lovers entertained for a bit but for god's sake this is a child's behind! You have been warned! ^_^
Furthermore, the game is quite simple. It doesn't play like a platformer but rather like a beat em' up as you can move around the screen Double Dragon style. You don't have to punch your enemies though, but rather jump on them. The music is mediocre and the sound effects as well so if you are planning on playing this game for a long period of time (And I don't see why you should) then be sure to mute it and listen to your own music. I suggest something in the retro gaming remixes category.
The gameplay is quite easy for a pirate. You can jump on the enemies with ease and defeat them with ease. There is little strategy although some of the enemies will drop items or even energy at your disposal. Shin-Chan was a good anime series but it definitely doesn't make the best pirate.
