This is a very interesting article I stumbled upon in an old magazine of EGM2. It goes to describe the gameplay and different Rockman games in one. This is actually what we all got to play back then as an exclusive Sega Channel only game called Mega Man the Wily Wars. It's definitely a lost gem that we never got to see but thanks to emulators and repros, we can enjoy this wonderful title. It's basically Rockman 1,2, and 3 in one cart in remixed form.
