This hacking tool is designed for Link’s Awakening DX on the Gameboy
Color and has all the tools needs for a basic ROM hack including a text
editor.

The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Level Editor (LALE) is
an editor that contains many features for making a basic ROM hack for
the Gameboy Colour game: Link’s Awakening DX.
In the version 1.20 release it contains:
- Full map editing features including map data.
- Text editing.
- Warp editing.
- Enemy and object placement.
- Dungeon event editing.
- Overworld and dungeon minimap editing.
- Chest editing.
- Player initial position editing.
- Sign pointer editing.
- Owl statue editing.
- Palette editing.
- Sprite bank editing.
And many more little features for hacking Link’s Awakening.
