This card is finally released for the TCG here in America. The card works exactly as in the anime and it's quite devastating especially if used at the right moment. The conditions to use it are a bit of a problem since you need to have both Toon World and a Toon monster to use this card. It should be quite simple to accomplish if you play your cards right. Gotta love this deadly kat!
