Finds 1682: Coleco-Vision Galore, Keyboard Organizer, and Wizards & Warriors

A quick hunt turned out with lots of gaming goodies. I think I only have like one Colecovision game so adding six at one time was really amazing. I also picked up Wizards & Warriors for Gameboy which was awesome and to top it all off, the Keyboard Organizer which is a PS/2 Keyboard that comes with a compartment below to store small items. It’s a really interesting idea but I wonder how it feels when you are typing on top of it. I’m sure you would be reorganizing anything you have on your compartment. Loot!

Reviving Old Classics: Skyblazer, TMNT IV, and Super Copa!

So in my recent trip to Colombia, I did picked up a couple of awesome SNES games. The best part of these titles is that they are all original. I decided to take them one step closing and re-design them to give them new life! The results are below.

As you can see, I cleaned the shell for Skyblazer with a convination of goo gone and magic eraser. The most damage was on the label side which had scratches but I cleaned everything out as much as possible. I then made the label for it so we are good to go! The other two got green see through shells just because I wanted them to have green see through shells. One for being the turtles, the other for being a Soccer game. Super Copa is quite rare so it’s good to have one in my collection. Skyblazer is another underrated gem, and there is no need for introduction to TMNT IV. What do you think of my work?

Finds 1681: Wario Land Shake it, Red GBA SP, Sealed Wii Remote, and More!

Now that I’m back home, it’s time for some classic looting! I was able to get these through Offer Up and thrifting. I always love finding portable goodies because they are some of my favorites to game on. Bomberman, Super Mario Land 2, and others are just a couple of awesome additions and re-additions to the collection. I usually pick up doubles with the idea of flipping them for other games that I don’t have. I think it’s a good way to keep a budget and still increase your collection. Overall, not a bad haul.

Finds 1680: Colombia Trip Part III

The main event was hitting the flea markets in Bogota. The weather wasn’t that favorable with rain and what not but it was totally awesome being able to see all the vendors.
Here are some of the vendors photos!

There was this and so much more stuff to see! Totally beautiful!

And here is the final loot of this trip. A lot more than I expected and lots of stuff I didn’t think I would find. Overall, this has been a successful trip as I ended up adding tons of new stuff to the collection, eaten more delicious food than I could ask for, and finally visited Bogota. I will be back. I also have a little surprise post that I’ll have next week as one of the main reasons why I came to visit this beautiful country.

Finds 1679: Colombia Trip Part II

The second hunt in my trip to Colombia was really cool. I ended up visiting a store that a friend that lives there recommended and they were very nice people! Their little store had a lot of everything. I was able to see the Famicom games they have an picked up quite a few. I also decided to take a look at other stuff they had and ended up getting a PS1 import and a sealed Xbox 360 game. Be sure to check out the loot right below!

An interesting selection of inventory returns and interesting photo of the loot that will be coming home with me and joining my collection.

Finds 1678: Colombia Trip Part 1

There is always a first, and this was my first time game hunting in Colombia. It was definitely similar to hunting in Mexico and Peru so I was able to get lots of goodies I’m familiar with. As you can see, bootlegs are the grand majority of my findings when I visit these nations but there is one legit game in the entire lot, care to guess which one it is? As usual, I brought some Famicom bootlegs which I don’t think I have, while the NES game looks to be a game from the Kunio series. To end things up, Tekken 2 for the SNES is one I wanted to have in original form, really, you can’t get any more original than that. Finally TMNT IV is the legit game in the lot. I will be doing a beautification process on it.

The Maxplay with Commodore 64 Monitor Gaming!

I was finally able to set up my Maxplay console with my Commodore 64 monitor. I had trouble because of the power output of the clone. I had to be very careful on what adapter to use, but I was finally able to find the right voltage and output. Now, to enjoy some bootleg Famicom goodies! The game is TMNT 2 bootleg! One of my favorites…

Finds 1677: Tokka and Rahzar NECA Cartoon TMNT

Here are the final additions to the TMNT NECA line! Tokka and Rahzar are some really cool additions. I never actually saw them on the cartoon when it aired, but I did saw them in the TMNT 2 movie of course. It’s a really cool set!

Ads from the past 462: Game Gear TV Tuner

This is a really cool ad which was actually true at one point. Due to digital tv signal, we lost that usable signal but not to worry, I’m sure some savvy nerds out there are finding a different way to use this gadget.

Yu-gi-oh! Custom Deck Box: Toon World!

Here is something I've been working on for the past week and it came out great. I was wondering if people really find enough interest, I might design a whole line up of them. I will keep working on it to come up with a very durable solution. As of now, this is what I got! It's a deck box based on one of my favorite decks! Here is a little video of it below:
